My brod Nonoy's My Link to the World

This morning I opened my google site and lo and behold! I received an email from one of my brods.

You see, I joined an organisation during my first year at the University of the Philippines. That was in 1965. A Long time ago! Burt I stayed at that university until 1984. Up to that time The Brotherhood of the UP Plebeians established in 1954 has maintained itself as a UP organisation. The only expansion made was the formation of a chapter at UP Los Banyos, Laguna.

Then I went abroad to teach in Berlin, Germany. Since then I had very few contacts with the organisation and finally in 1990 there was no link at all.

Beginning with year 2000, I tried to find out which friends have internet connections. I found the Plebeians, this time with a Filipino name: Kapatirang Plebeians. And it is established in different institutions of tertiary education in the whole country including Mindanao. And more, we have alumni members abroad like me.

I now like to dedicate this blog with my brods and sis both in the Philippines and abroad.
